Training Runs

GCR members regularly get together for training runs.

Thursdays 6:00 am - 6 Miler (7:30am breakfast at The Beanery) - starts at the Philharmonic Center

Saturdays 6:00 am - Distance Run (8:00am breakfast at Skillets) - starts at Lowdermilk Park

Fridays 6:00 PM - Gulf training swims, Naples Beach Club (through end of October)

Upcoming GCR Social events 11/26/11 6:30 AM - Bagel run at NOTR. 12/8/11 - GCR Holiday Party held at South Street City Oven. 6:30PM-10:00PM Live music, dinner and two free drinks included for admission price.
